Today postural issues are common among people due to sedentary lifestyle. They are mostly associated with chronic pain in lower back, knees, neck, shoulders, ankle or other muscle and joints.     Assessment

    Corrective Exercise Specialist will first do the verbal assessment to understand issues which you are facing and reasons for same. Post that he will do the visual assessment of your body from head to toe for identifying postural deviations. For it he will require your pictures in normal standing position from front, back and side view. He will then tell you postural deviations which we have identified and musculoskeletal imbalances associated with it.

    Posture correction plan generation
