We provide virtual training plan also to help you learn right exercise movements on real-time basis. It includes one on one session which is very helpful for people who have never done exercises and therefore need extra support. It also helps them in building discipline to participate in physical activity regularly. Online fitness trainer is present throughout the exercise session so that you do the exercises correctly and safely. People who have gym set-up at their home also benefit from this plan much.
Below are the important details of Virtual Training Plan:-
Duration of sessions
Duration of sessions is typically 45mins. You need to do warm-up exercises for 5 to 10mins before starting the session. It will be then followed by main exercises for 45mins. After the end of session, you will do stretching exercises for 5 to 10mins. Normally 45mins is sufficient for main exercises, but it can be extended till 1hour if required.
Exercise Equipment required
Equipment required for the exercises depends on current fitness level of a person. If you are a beginner, then a pair of adjustable dumbbells is also sufficient. Adjustable dumbbells are those in which you can increase or decrease weight to match your lifting capacity. As your fitness level increases over the period, you can further add equipment to increase variations and intensity of exercises.
IT Equipment required
You will need a Laptop with webcam and internet connectivity. The mobile phone will also work but bigger the screen size better the experience will be. Bluetooth Headphone is also required, which can be connected to Laptop/Mobile. It will help you with listening without disturbance.
Price per session
We charge a nominal price Rs.1,000/- per session for virtual training. You need to buy a complete package of 12 sessions at Rs.12,000/- which includes customized workout and diet plan with weekly reviews of progress. Intensity and volume of the workout are changed to keep your body challenged. The diet plan is also modified if required to drive progress.
Booking of sessions
To book sessions you need to contact us at least 2 to 3 days in advance and check availability of slots. Based on availability you can book sessions for your convenient time. You will need to join the session on time so that your session is not partially or completely missed.
We conduct one paid trial session as well to let you understand the format of training. In this session we will do assessment of your fitness level so that customised workout plan can be designed accordingly for later sessions. Session will be conducted on either WhatsApp Video Call or Google Meet, whichever is convenient to you.
There is no cancellation policy on the virtual training plan. In case you want to postpone a session to a new date then you need to inform us before 24hr.
